Planning Your Day
Arrive Early
Leave plenty of time to set up your stand so that you are ready when the doors open. There will be plenty of AIESEC representatives on hand to help you unload your car and set up your stand. Before the fairs there will be a welcome breakfast with a selection of refreshments, during which there will be a brief presentations by students on what to expect from the fair and what students are expecting from exhibitors.
Lunch Cover
It is always best to bring two or three representatives so that you are able to eat lunch at different times. The period between 12pm and 2pm is one of the busiest of the day in terms of student flow but it is also very important that you eat a good lunch. If there is only one representative on your stand all day then make sure that you have plenty of material for passers by to browse while you are away eating the fantastic lunch provided for you.
Hang Around
Your day doesn’t have to finish when the Fair ends. Some dedicated students will stay around past the end to talk to you in a quieter environment. Wherever possible we have provided facilities for you to meet with students on a one-to-one basis for up to two hours after the event. When you are ready to leave, AIESEC representatives will be available to assist you with anything you need. Be sure to complete a feedback form to ensure the continued growth in quality of our service.
